WWE has reportedly started putting plans in place in an attempt to possibly begin holding live events again by the end of the summer.

According to PWInsider, WWE has begun working to strategize potential courses of action towards getting live events running again in some capacity where it would be allowed.

The site claims there's hope within the company to start running events outside of the Performance Center or Full Sail by August. Nothing official has been set in motion, however, and the plans are described as "day to day" while WWE works to create different contingency plans.

The events would obviously adhere to proper guidelines in dealing with COVID-19, including social distancing regulations that would drastically reduce the number of fans inside arenas.

As things stand now, WWE has yet to cancel dates at the start of September on Ticketmaster. A live event for September 1st is still scheduled for Cape Town, South Africa, with a Raw taping set for September 7th in Omaha.

WWE has not run a live event or TV taping outside of Orlando since March 9th.

It's worth noting that a large portion of WWE's live event staff also remains on furlough.
