Pete Dunne got some long overdue revenge on Kyle O'Reilly during his dramatic return to NXT TV at Halloween Havoc.

The Bruiserweight made his comeback during a segment involving Pat McAfee and his new accomplices, the  NXT Tag Team Champions Oney Lorcan and Danny Burch.

The dastardly trio were confronting Undisputed Era's Kyle O'Reilly, when Dunne came out to make the save ... or so it seemed.

Any BritWres fan will tell you that Dunne is not to be trusted. Sadly, O'Reilly didn't get the memo, and he got a steal chair to back for his troubles, and McAfee's crew gained a new member.

As you might recall, Pete Dunne was screwed over by Undisputed Era at 2017's TakeOver: New Orleans, when Roderick Strong turned on him, which enabled Undisputed Era to capture the tag titles during the finals of the Dusty Classic.

Better late than never, Pete.
