WALTER has reportedly been offered a WWE contract, but the popular independent wrestler claims the report is false.
The Wrestling Observer reported in their newsletter this week that offers have been extended to WALTER and Keith Lee to begin training at the Performance Center starting in May … but the 30-year-old wrestler took to Twitter this morning to shoot the rumors down.
WALTER quote tweeted a person relaying the report — which noted that he’d likely pass on the offer to continue running the wXw academy — and said, “Nobody offered anything, not true!”
Keith Lee was a little less straight forward with his response, which can be found below.
In today's play, the Dragon will be playing the role of "The Rumor Mill."
I will be playing the role of "The Knight." pic.twitter.com/zAAbpszoPv
