If you want to watch former WWE Superstar Tye Dillinger tear it up on the independent scene, you'll be able to do so after May 31 ... but he'll be using a different name.

Dillinger -- who was released by WWE last Friday -- just announced he's begun accepting bookings for independent shows after May 31, which is presumably after the "no compete" clause in his WWE contract expires. It's also six days after AEW's "Double or Nothing" pay-per view.

As for his name, the "Perfect 10" changed it on Twitter back to his old one -- Shawn Spears.

Looking forward to seeing Tye/Shawn on the indies? Let us know in the comments.
