Triple H underwent surgery this week for a torn pectoral muscle and photos of the operation show just how gnarly the procedure looked!
As we previously reported, Hunter was operated on by Dr. Dugas in Birmingham on Tuesday after injuring himself tumbling out of the ring at Crown Jewel in Saudi Arabia.
In the pictures shared by WWE.com, Triple H can be seen getting worked on by a team of 6 people. At one point in the photo gallery, a giant hole in his arm can be seen. It's not pretty.
Final warning, the pictures look gross.
