WWE has released an update on Triple H which says he'll require surgery following the injury he sustained at Crown Jewel.

According to WWE.com, Triple H may have torn his pectoral muscle.

The update reads:

During the epic showdown between D-Generation X and The Brothers of Destruction at WWE Crown Jewel, Triple H sustained what appears to be a torn pectoral muscle, WWE.com has learned.

Because of this, The Game will reportedly return to the United States for surgery.

The injury seems to have occurred during a spot in the match where Triple H tumbled out of the ring.
