WWE announced on Monday that Torrie Wilson is the next Superstar set to enter their Hall of Fame during WrestleMania 35 weekend.

The story was first reported by ESPNW, who also interviewed the former WCW star to get her initial reaction to the news.

"This feels like a sweet closure," Wilson said. "Since I retired, so many people have asked me, 'Do you feel bad you've never won a title?' And I have always said no, because I felt like I got the value -- even though it would have been nice [to win a title]. But being inducted into the Hall of Fame feels like a championship belt to me, because it really makes me feel appreciated."

Torrie also revealed she first learned of her induction last week during a phone call.

Wilson will join D-Generation X and The Honky Tonk Man in the Hall of Fame class of 2019.
