Tessa Blanchard and Mercedes Martinez made history on Friday night, as they apparently broke the record for longest women's wrestling match of all-time.

Blanchard and Martinez competed in a 75-minute Iron Woman match for Blanchard's Phoenix of RISE Championship at RISE Wrestling 10: INSANITY in Berwyn, Illinois and Mercedes won with five falls to Blanchard's four.

Plus, Martinez broke her own records in the process!

According to the Internet Wrestling Database, the previous two record-holders both saw Martinez successfully defending the WSU Championship, once in 2011 against Lexxus (IMPACT's Alisha Edwards), and once in 2009 against Angel Orsini, clocking in at 73 and 70 minutes, respectively.
