Shad Gaspard was memorialized on this morning's edition of "The Bump" with a moving tribute featuring friends and colleagues spanning his entire wrestling career.

The likes of MVP, Bobby Lashley, Drew McIntyre, Natalya, Big E, Kofi Kingston and more shared stories about Gaspard, who tragically passed away after going missing while swimming on May 17th.

The most poignant messages came from Tyson Kidd and John Morrison. Tyson reflected on an Instagram post Gaspard made this year in which he praised Kidd's work ethic. While fighting through tears, he said "to see that those were his true thoughts about me, that meant the world to me."

A visibly emotional Morrison was also able to reflect back on his friend. "Thinking about all the stories and memories I have with him, I realized he loved me. He treated me like family. I hope he knew I loved him right back," he said. "I wish I had a chance to tell him how I felt about him and how much he's done for me personally before he passed."

Morrison also recognized Gaspard wouldn't want anybody sitting around feeling sad.

"You gotta believe that Shad's big ass is up there somewhere looking down enjoying life." he added. "He would probably just want people to make dumb jokes and laugh about all the good times that they had with him."
