Seth Rollins has revealed that he may be getting new entrance music as the ‘Burn It Down’ theme doesn’t fit his character.
Rollins was appearing as a guest on the latest edition of WWE’s The Bump when he spilled the beans.
The former Universal Champion returned to WWE at the Royal Rumble last month. He made his way to the ring to the Messiah theme he had been using before he went on paternity leave. But when he returned to SmackDown last week, he was using his old ‘Burn It Down’ entrance music .
“It’s weird, kind of, you know, I don’t know that it fits as much with the character,” Rollins said on The Bump. “But we’ll see what happens, who knows? We might have a third music on the incoming, not to give away any spoilers, but yeah we used the ‘Burn it Down’ that night, and we’ll see where we go from here.
“I don’t know what the future holds. But it was good for one night to have the hot flames behind me,” he concluded.
As we previously reported, Rollins debuted his Messiah theme in May of last year at Money In The Bank. The change of entrance music coincided with a change of personality as he embodied his “Monday Night Messiah” character.
