"The Big Dog" has finally reclaimed his yard! And after defeating Brock Lesnar at SummerSlam, Roman Reigns had a lot to say about becoming the new champ.
"It got a little crazy out there having the "Monster Among Men" Braun Strowman," Roman explained after the match. "At the end of the day, Brock took his eye off the ball and I hit the home run."
Prior to the match kicking off, Braun promised to cash in his Money in the Bank contract afterward on the winner. Following an altercation on the outside, however, that didn't happen.
Reigns says Strowman's promise to cash in after the match made him spring into action quicker and take advantage of Brock while he wasn't paying attention.
As for his future as champ, Roman surprisingly says he's just gonna take a page out of the B-Team playbook tonight and celebrate his victory. "Sometimes it's good to just live in the moment and enjoy what you have right now."
