Amidst speculation and rumors as the end of their WWE contracts approach, Scott Dawson and Dash Wilder aka The Revival have applied for an interesting trademark.

Using their real names, Dash and Dawson filed documents with the United States Patent and Trademark Office on January 8 attempting to trademark the name "Shatter Machine" for wrestling and merchandise related purposes.

The Revival's WWE contracts are set to expire in the Spring and Fightful.com reports the duo have not been quick to accept offers for a new deal over the past few months, though WWE has been trying to lock them down.

It's worth noting the trademark lawyer who made the filing for The Revival is the same lawyer who is working with Cody Rhodes as of late.
