Roman Reigns is back and seems to have gotten a new advocate by his side in Paul Heyman.

Adam Pearce was shown throughout tonight's edition of SmackDown attempting to get signatures from the three participants in the Universal Championship match on Sunday at Payback.

Pearce finally found Roman near the end of the show after getting signatures from Braun Strowman and Bray Wyatt, but Reigns insisted on looking things over first. After the main event, he was shown in the locker room once again with the WWE official and explained that if the changes he asked for are made, he'll be at Payback.

Roman finished his statement by saying he'd regain the title before noting that what he was saying wasn't a prediction, it was a spoiler. The camera panned out after to show he was sitting next to Paul Heyman, who muttered the phrase, "believe that."

Paul was last on TV as the advocate for Brock Lesnar during the WrestleMania 36 build to Drew McIntyre vs. Brock Lesnar. In June, Heyman was removed from his position as Executive Director of Monday Night Raw and replaced by Bruce Prichard.
