The Kliq might've had a reputation for "burying" talent, but X-Pac and Scott Hall say the group was against doing it to The OC this week during Raw's reunion special.

On the latest episode of X-Pac 12360 ... Sean Waltman and Scott Hall confirm Ricochet was initially intended to be in the spot occupied by Rollins during the show, but an elbow infection forced the former United States champ to sit on the sidelines.

"It was the perfect spot for him because we could've given the rub to him," said Scott. "Yeah, you bunch of haters, it was gonna be Ricochet and we were trying to elevate him!"

This week's Raw featured a segment in which Triple H and Shawn Michaels came to the aid of Seth Rollins and it led to brawl with The OC. X-Pac, Road Dogg, Kevin Nash and Scott Hall then came out to stack the odds and the heel team retreated to the back.

Pac and Hall say they objected to the segment because they didn't want to "bury" AJ Styles, Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows. However, their complaints were overruled.

"What people don't realize is that everybody in that room when it was presented to us said, 'Well, geez. Kinda burying those guys.' It was addressed and it was overruled," Hall explained.

X-Pac added, "We said it. It's just like ... what're we gonna do? Say 'No, we're not gonna do it?'"

The two wrestlers also discussed Scott's guest training stint at the WWE Performance Center during this week's show and how "The Bad Guy" would like to make it a full-time thing.
