The second NXT UK TakeOver event has been announced and it's taking place in August. 

During NXT TakeOver: XXV, a video package played hyping NXT UK TakeOver: Cardiff which is happening on August 31 and airing live on WWE Network.

This is the same day as AEW's All Out event, but it's not taking place at the same time. UK TakeOver is set to begin at 3 pm eastern time. All Out will likely begin later in the evening. 

NJPW's Royal Quest event is also airing that day. That show begins around 12:30 pm ET. 

Additional details on NXT UK TakeOver have yet to be released.
