The first NXT UK Tag Team Champions were crowned in the opening match of TakeOver: Blackpool.

Following a hard-hitting match with lots of believable near-falls, Zack Gibson and James Drake defeated Mustache Mountain after hitting the Ticket to Mayhem on Trent Seven.

The duo were then presented with the new tag belts and joined by Johnny Saint/Sid Scala at the top of the stage on their way out.
