Former WWE Divas Champion Nikki Bella will be undergoing a 2-hour bone fusion surgery in her neck this week ... and the 32 year-old says it could be career-ending.

Nikki spoke with E! News Monday and said she's nervous about going under the knife, but is thankful John Cena and her family have been there for support.

We broke the story last month, doctors told Nikki her repeated use of the Rack Attack caused the injury in her neck -- and the Bella Twin reveals, "For now the 'Rack Attack' will be officially retired."

During a follow up interview with WWE.com, the "Total Divas" star also confirmed our exclusive report from back in November -- admitting she'd been trying to rehab the injury to avoid surgery.

Nikki also told the E! News that she wants to continue being apart of the WWE Universe -- even if she can't wrestle -- adding, "WWE is my home and I will always stay with the WWE in some part, whether it's an ambassador or maybe one day you'll see Nikki Bella as a GM and no one can touch me."
