Former WWE Divas champ Nikki Bella will not let neck surgery kill her vibe ... at least that's how it looks in these recent pics of her Naples getaway.

Nikki and her sister Brie Bella hit up the Naples Grand Resort in Florida with friends/family and celebrated the occasion poolside while the fearless one stunned on everyone in a neck brace.

No word on Nikki's recovery progress.  It's been almost two months since she went in for bone fusion surgery and the procedure was described at the time as possibly career ending.

We here at the Sheet will be bracing for her return.
