The New Day were given a big list of names for their group before debuting, and on their new podcast the trio revealed two that were pitched to them.

The first episode of "The New Day: Feel the Power" podcast dropped today focusing on the group discussing their origins and how they came together while looking for something new in their careers.

"I'm in WWE in 2010. Everybody is telling me constantly, 'you gotta do something to differentiate yourself because we already have a Kofi,'" Xavier Woods explained. "Us coming to Kofi was actually one of the harder things for me to do because my whole career I tried to separate myself from Kofi because I was always told, 'we have a high-energy black guy, you need to be something completely different.'"

Luckily, things worked out when Woods/Big E approached Kingston and creative ideas began to form.  This includes over 60 names being pitched to the group, including The Beat and Million Man Ministry.

The full list will be read next week on "The New Day: Feel the Power" podcast.

Listen to the full debut episode below. The group covers Vince McMahon's first reaction to their theme song, Byron Saxton being in an early developmental version of New Day and more.
