Just a few hours after WWE officially tweaked Mustafa Ali's ring name, the man himself shared a message regarding the change.
"Mustafa means the "chosen one" with an emphasis on being chosen from amongst the people," Ali wrote on Twitter earlier tonight. "Name or not, nothing has changed. I fight for the people. I am one of them," he concluded.
In case you missed it, we first reported earlier today that Mustafa would now simply be known as Ali in WWE going forward.
Way to stay positive as usual, Mustaf.... errr, Ali.
