Ex-WWE star Michael Tarver is once again name-dropping John Cena ... this time on a new rap song he just released that delves into his 2011 release from the company.

Tarver's new album features the song "I Can't Stop" -- which covers his oust from WWE -- and it sounds like Michael is saying his beef with Cena had nothing to do with the firing.

The lyrics from the track -- now available on iTunes -- go as follows:

"Everybody dropped me, thought I had beef with John Cena.

But the truth is they dont know me.

At the same time I was losing a marriage,

Tried suicide I was losing my mind.

Then I realized all of this not my plan,

And I'm glad GOD is not like man."

Following his release from WWE, Tarver was very vocal about his feelings on Cena ... claiming the wrestler felt no remorse when he broke Michael's arm -- and even laughed about it backstage.
