Recent NXT signee Matt Riddle wrestled his first match for the company on Friday and made his grand entrance to the ring wearing green flip flops.
It all went down at the live event in Sanford, Florida where Riddle faced-off against Fabian Aichner. As you can hear in the video below, the NXT crowd was pumped to see him in attendance.
The finish of the match saw Matt pick up the win after powerbombing Aichner, then lifting him back up and hitting his opponent with a knee to the face.
In case you're wondering -- because we know some of you were -- Riddle still wrestled without shoes. He was also wearing regular wrestling trunks and not MMA-like gear.
