WWE announced additional names for the Mae Young Classic '18 on Friday ... including a veteran indie wrestler, recent signees and a popular UK star.
Cathy Kelly made the announcement on WWE.com and the following names were made official:
- Kacy Catanzaro, the American Ninja Warrior star who recently signed with WWE
- Jinny, the current PROGRESS Women's Champion
- Io Shirai, the popular STARDOM wrestler who recently made her WWE debut in Japan
- Nicole Matthews, 12-year vet on the indie wrestling scene who was an alternate last year
These four women join the two who were made official earlier this week -- returning WWE star Kaitlyn and first-year MYC participant Rhea Ripley.
