Matt Jackson has confirmed The Young Bucks will not be wrestling next year at Ring of Honor and NJPW's Madison Square Garden event.

Jackson responded to a fan on Thursday who asked via Twitter if the brothers would still be wrestling at G1 Supercard in April now that they've made their ROH departures.

"We will not be there," Matt replied. "But I encourage everyone to still go. It’s a historic night for wrestling."

In case you missed it, the duo -- as well as Hangman Page and Cody Rhodes -- recently said farewell to ROH. The latest episode of Being the Elite also featured The Young Bucks wishing WWE the best in their future endeavors and Cody assuring the audience the group would be sticking together.

As we previously reported, The Elite are expected to launch their own billionaire-backed promotion in 2019 with the Khan family who own the Jacksonville Jaguars. The group has already filed trademarks for copyrights related to the name All Elite Wrestling.

ROH and NJPW's G1 Supercard takes places April 6 at Madison Square Garden.
