NXT Superstar Kyle O'Reilly has provided fans with an update on his well being following his recent injury scare.

In case you missed it, Adam Cole savagely attacked O'Reilly on this week's edition of NXT. O'Reilly was stretchered off after the show went off the air, which caused fans in attendance to speculate on his condition.

The speculation spread to social media, and several photos of O'Reilly being stretchered began to circulate. O'Reilly sufferers from type 1 diabetes, a condition which can cause seizures. Concerned wrestling fans began to wonder if O'Reilly had suffered a legit seizure. Thankfully, Kyle was okay and the whole thing was part of the show.

O'Reilly took to Twitter to update fans on his condition.

"Thanks everyone for checking in, your love and support truly means the World. I was placed on a stretcher last night out of concern for my neck after receiving a brainbuster on the steps. Thankfully I can move around somewhat OK today but I may need some time to heal," the Canadian wrote.

In case you missed it, Adam Cole superkicked O'Reilly at TakeOver: Vengance Day. This week's NXT opened with O'Reilly demanding an explanation from his (former?) Undisputed Era colleague. Cole didn't confront O'Reilly until the main event in which he interfered. He gave O'Reilly a brain buster on the steal steps and later attacked NXT Champ Finn Balor.
