Two big moments went down during the finals of NJPW’s G1 Climax 29 tournament — KENTA joining Bullet Club and Shibata getting physical in the ring again.
It all went down during a match in which Kenta teamed with Yoshi-Hashi and Tomohiro Ishii against Tama Tonga, Tanga Loa and Bad Luck Fale.
In the final moments of the match, KENTA turned on his team and hit Ishii with the busaiku knee and Go to Sleep allowing BC to get the win.
This prompted Shibata to run out from the back and begin fighting KENTA, who he brought into NJPW. The numbers eventually got to Shibata though and he was overtaken by Bullet Club.
The moment ended with KENTA sitting indian style on Shibata’s chest.
