Wipeout is returning to television on TBS and the new version will be co-hosted by John Cena.

The announcement was made via Deadline who reports Cena and Nicole Byer will be the show's new hosts, with Camille Kostek joining them as the host on the field.

The returning series, which ran on ABC from 2008-2014, will return with new format twists. The big red balls, one of the staples of the original series, will also be back.

“I couldn’t be more excited for what’s in store for this radically absurd show that has its own fair share of legendary faceplants.” Cena told Deadline. “The power of Wipeout is its ability to gather people of all backgrounds for fast paced, physical FUN! I look forward to seeing fan responses both new and existing. This’ll be a hosting experience unlike anything I’ve ever done! I can’t wait to get started in rooting for our contestants!”

John will also serve as one of the Executive Producers on the new series.

It's worth noting that this put's Cena on a sister station of TNT, where AEW airs.

As we previously reported, Cody will be a celebrity judge alongside Snoop Dogg and Rosario Dawson on an upcoming TBS show as well.
