Former SmackDown Tag Team champ Jeff Hardy went under the knife this week to repair his knee.
Hardy shared a video on Instagram after his surgery with the caption: “ThankYou [WWE] & [Andrews Sports and Medicine]! . . ! 5-2-2019(KneeSurgery).”
In the video … Jeff awakens from surgery and says “let the healing begin.”
“The Charismatic Enigmatic” revealed during a backstage interview this week after SmackDown Live that he’ll be out of action for six-to-nine months. “I’m gonna have my whole right knee repaired,” he explained. “Hopefully, the first four months go extremely well. It’s a bummer, but I needed a new knee. There’s a lot of wear and tear on it.”
