AEW has announced ROH wrestler Jeff Cobb will be wrestling on an upcoming episode of Dynamite.

During a backstage promo on Dynamite, Chris Jericho said he looked around the world for a bounty hunter and found someone who ends careers. He then said that if Jon Moxley survived facing Santana tonight, he'll be facing off against Jeff Cobb next week on Dynamite.

A package hyping Cobb's arrival was then shown, and AEW tweeted saying he's "All Elite."

The 37-year-old wrestler also came out at the end of the show to help The Inner Circle beat up Mox.

Cobb wrestled for ROH over the weekend, defeating Jay Lethal and Jonathan Gresham in a tag match. He's also scheduled for a match with ROH on April 4, which was announced this evening.

Sources close to Cobb claim the wrestler is not signed with AEW at this point and is only booked for a few shows. However, the show closing angle would certainly seem to show he'll be working with the company going forward. We've reached out to AEW sources for clarification as well and will report back once more information is known on his status with the company.

As we previously reported, Jeff Cobb's ROH contract expired last month and he made the decision to continue working with the company on a per-show basis.
