Nyla Rose's AEW Women's World title reign came to an end at "Double or Nothing" after she was defeated by Hikaru Shida.

The two competitors faced-off in a no disqualification, no count-out match on Saturday which saw lots of kendo stick action. The finish of the match came about after Shida landed a running knee on her opponent before getting the pinfall.

Rose became AEW Women's World Champion in February after defeating Riho on Dynamite.

This is Hikaru Shida's first title win in AEW, though she's been a fixture of the division.
