Heath Slater made a surprise appearance tonight at Impact's Slammiversary pay-per-view.

Slater hopped the guardrail after a match on Saturday and got into the ring to cut a promo. "They promised surprises, well ... SURPRISE," he said.

Heath then talked about the open challenge from The Rascalz, which had already been answered earlier in the night by the Motor City Machine Guns, and suggested he wanted to be part of it.

Slater then talked about the mystery person set to wrestle in the main event later in the night and said to sign him up. He also said he came to Impact to make an Impact.

The former WWE star was then interrupted by Rohit Raji who called Heath out for getting beat by Drew McIntyre on Raw this month without specifically naming either. The two got into a brawl and Heath ended on top of things.

Heath also reunited with Rhino backstage during the show, which led to Scott D'Amore walking up and reminding him that he doesn't actually work there. He then asked Heath to leave because it's a closed set due to the pandemic. Rhino told Slater to show up to the building on Tuesday though and to call him when he's outside.
