Excalibur may be one of the quickest minds in the biz, but even the AEW announcer's skills were put to the test when he had to come up with a name for PAC's finisher in a matter of seconds.

Appearing on the "AEW Unrestricted" podcast, Excalibur recalled the night in question while talking to hosts Tony Schiavone and Aubrey Edwards.

"During PAC and [Kenny] Omega at All Out, Tony Khan ... one of the few times he got in my ear, he's like 'Hey, think of a name for PAC's finisher.' And this is 30 seconds before it happened. I just blurted out Brutalizer," he explained. "So that was one that I named. It was just on the spot and something that I had to come up with."

Beyond that, Excalibur says "ninety-nine percent" of the stuff he calls usually has a name already.

Schiavone additionally revealed Sammy Guevara recently commissioned him to come up with a name for his finishing move. Instead of doing that though, he suggested Guevara talk to Excalibur.
