"Total Divas" star Eva Marie will not be forced to sue a "massage parlor" for using her image in their advertisement -- Pro Wrestling Sheet has learned her picture has been officially removed.

We broke the story ... Eva's legal team fired off a letter to the owners of Candy's Therapy in Colton, Ca after they used her pic to promote the business -- warning they'd sue if it wasn't taken down.

The owners clearly got the message, because the image on BackPage.com was removed Tuesday.

The ad -- which featured video of a woman in short-shorts shaking her butt at the top -- has now replaced Eva's photo with a simple pair of butt cheeks being slightly spread (seen below).

No word on whether those cheeks are actually at the parlor.
