WWE Backstage this week featured an emotional moment with Ember Moon explaining the injury she suffered last year could be career-ending.

During a conversation with host Renee Young, Booker T and Mark Henry on FS1 about moments in their career they wish could get redo, Ember didn't hold back on how she's feeling.

"The more and more I sit back and look at everything I've done and what I would redo, I think more about my injury currently and realizing that I may have a career-ending injury," she explained. "I'm coming back from the hardest injury and I might not have a chance to redeem myself of all the things I wanted to do. And all the things I want do in my future. It's so hard to think back in regret when I try to look forward."

Mark Henry then scolded her for thinking this way and said she still has a lot left in the tank.

"You suck it up," Henry added. "You're too great. You're too wonderful to start talking about stopping. Hell, I've been there! You're too good."

As you'll recall, Ember suffered an achilles injury in September while chasing after the 24/7 title.

Ember went on to say she keeps looking forward because wrestling is what she loves and she wants the opportunity to be better than before. "It's hard, and I hope that I do have more matches. There are so many more things that I want to do," she said. "I'm gonna prove to you guys that I'm worth redeeming those mistakes and worth redeeming those regrets, and it's just gonna be awhile before I do so."
