“The Rated-R Superstar” Edge was the “Last Man Standing” at WrestleMania during his first singles match in nine years.
Edge faced-off against Orton in a Last Man Standing match at the Performance Center to cap off their heated rivalry over the past few months.
During the match … the two Superstars brawled throughout the PC and made stops in the weight room, a conference area and a large storage area while using parts of each room to aid their battle. The finish came about after Edge incapacitated Orton with a triangle choke atop a WWE Production truck, then hit a Con-Chair-To on Orton to get the ten-count.
As you’ll recall, Edge made his anticipated return to the ring during the Royal Rumble match this year. After being eliminated by Edge though, Orton went against their friendship and attempted to stop his former tag partner’s second run in WWE before it could even begin.
