Daniel Bryan HAS NOT signed a new deal with WWE -- however, the former champ expects it to happen over the next few weeks.

Bryan was a guest on the Sam Robert's Wrestling Podcast hyping Summerslam and the upcoming WWE 2K19 video game.  When asked, he said all signs point to sticking with what's currently working.

"I think at this point it's 90-plus-percent.  I would say it's likely I will sign with WWE," Bryan said.

His deal expires on September 1 -- which has sparked rumors he might be "All In."  However, Bryan hopes to have his new contract signed, sealed, and delivered by then.

"I have not re-signed yet, but it could happen as soon as the end of this week, and it might be a couple more weeks or whatever it is," he added.

Re-signing would seem be pretty important for WWE 2K19, considering they just announced Bryan's career will be featured in showcase mode.
