Daniel Bryan and Drew Gulak put on a clinic on Sunday at Elimination Chamber and Bryan says the match surprisingly made him feel "alive."

Sarah Schreiber spoke with Daniel backstage and asked how he was feeling after the match was over.

"As crazy as it sounds, I feel alive," he replied. "This is what I love about this. I don't ever wanna just go through the motions. When I go out there and fight, I want to fight with my heart. I want to fight with blood and guts. That's what I want to fight with. That's why I wanted to fight Drew Gulak. And that's why I've wanted to fight Drew Gulak for years."

Daniel then talks about watching Gulak in the Cruiserweight Classic in 2016 while doing commentary for the shows and wishing he could step into the ring with him. "Because that guy fights with blood and guts," he added.

Bryan says he took Drew recently talking about the holes in his game as a challenge, but tonight he learned Gulak is even better than he thought.

The interviewed ended with Daniel saying he wants to see if Drew is true to his word and able to help him elevate his game to the next level.

Drew also spoke with WWE.com and talked about how he's just as passionate about sports entertainment as Daniel Bryan. When asked what's next for him though, Gulak didn't have a response.
