Dan Rodimer, who competed on season 4 of Tough Enough in 2004, is leading the primary for Nevada's 3rd Congressional District.

The Republican candidate has a more than 10 point lead over former State Treasurer Dan Schwartz, securing 43.5 of the vote in comparison to Schwartz's 32.6. The congressional district is currently represented by Democrat Susie Lee.

Given the state of affairs, many voters submitted their ballots via mail, so official results aren't expected for over a week.

Rodimer was a cast member alongside the likes of The Miz and Ryback and signed a developmental deal with WWE, competing once on Heat as Dan Rodman in a match against Eugene. He was released from his WWE contract in 2007.

In the video below regarding his run for Congress, Rodimer says he sees "what the liberals do" to Trump and wants to give The President “backup” in the future.
