Mattel has delayed the release of select WWE action figures due to the Coronavirus.

Ringside Collectibles announced via social media that the release of multiple action figure lines have been pushed back because of the Coronavirus issues in China.

According to Ringside Collectibles, the following releases have been delayed:

  • WWE Elite 76 featuring action figures for John Cena (in Doctor of Thuganomics gear from WrestleMania 35), Braun Strowman, Heavy Machinery, Lacey Evans and Brood-era Christian with the white, fluffy shirt delayed until mid-May.
  • WWE Series 107 featuring action figures for Braun Strowman, The Rock, Shinsuke Nakamura, EC3 and Bianca Belair delayed until late-April.
  • Ringside Collectibles exclusive of Undertaker as Kane delayed until late-May
  • Battle Packs 64 featuring action figures for The Usos, as well as Lita and Trish Stratus, delayed until late-May

John Hopkins University claims there have been over 80,000 reported cases of Coronavirus in China and around 8,000 deaths. While that number has reportedly begun to slow down, there is still international concern over the virus spreading.
