CM Punk is not a film critic, but he is a former wrestler in a new film ... therefore he was asked to critique scenes from famous wrestling movies for a fun video.

Punk took part in a video called "The Breakdown" for GQ Sports in which he was asked to give his two cents while watching wrestling movies, starting with Mickey Rourke's "The Wrestler."

The scene showing Rourke's character in an ROH ring is played and Punk talks about his time in the promotion before signing with WWE. He also talks about how much he enjoyed the movie.

Next, Punk is shown clips from Nacho Libre and Ready to Rumble ... both of which he's never seen.

The former WWE star also breaks down scenes from:

  • Paradise Alley, which he pokes fun at for lack of realism
  • GLOW, where he laughs about the lack of a referee
  • Fighting With My Family, which shows him reacting to Zelina Vega playing the part of AJ Lee
  • Spider-Man, where he says, "Bonesaw is Ready!"
