Legendary referee Charles Robinson was in the ring for the "Greatest Wrestling Match Ever" on Sunday, but it turns out he had to hustle in order to look the part.

For those who missed it, Robinson was decked out in an old school, light blue referee shirt, complete with a bow tie in honor of the festivities.

According to Robinson, however, he had no idea he'd be using the classic look until the last minute. "We found out about it like the day before," he revealed on The Bump this morning. "I actually went out shopping the morning of our show to find a shirt because I didn't bring one with me."

He went on to say that he usually travels with a handful of shirt options, but never thought the vintage look would come into play. While Robinson loved how the look helped the aura of the match itself, he noted that it wasn't exactly comfortable. "You know, with the long sleeves and bow tie, it's harder to move around," he said. "It's hot. It's more constrictive."

Robinson, who refereed Edge's final match at WrestleMania XXVII before retiring, is hoping to turn the pieces into keepsakes. "This is going to be a prized possession," he stated. "Hopefully maybe get Edge and Randy Orton to both sign the shirt and bowtie."
