WWE Hall of Famer Bruno Sammartino has died at the age of 82.
The longest reigning champion in WWE history reportedly passed away at his home in Pittsburgh while surrounded by his wife and two children.
He had allegedly been dealing with health issues the past few months.
Bruno was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2013 after a rocky relationship with the company.
Since the news of his passing was made public, wrestlers have been paying tribute to one of the most famous wrestlers of all-time via social media.
Devastated to hear the passing of a true icon, legend, great, honest and wonderful man…
A true friend…and one of the toughest people I've ever met.
My thoughts are with his entire family. #RIPBrunoSammartino #AmericanDream

At Wrestlemania 30 I had the chance to meet Bruno Sammartino. He was the most vibrant and spirited person I met that week, and he shared with me invaluable wisdom about the business and life as a whole. He will be missed. #RIPBruno
