TNA star Bram has been re-instated by the company after charges of domestic battery and false imprisonment were dropped last week against the wrestler in court.

The State Attorney's office tells us the charges were dropped last Monday, and Bram's attorney Brandon M. Daniels released a statement saying, "Our office has always maintained that once the entirety of the facts, evidence and witness statements are brought forth, our client would be exonerated of the allegations."

TNA Executive Vice President John Gaburick lifted the suspension shortly after the story was first reported by PWInsider.

It's unclear why TNA waited a week to re-instate the wrestler -- we're told Bram's legal team delivered the facts of the case shortly after his name was cleared in court.
