Finn Balor recently kicked the crap out of musician Miles Kane ... but don't worry, it was just for a new music video.

The video for "Cry on My Guitar" was released on Tuesday. The plot revolves around a fight between Miles and the former WWE Universal Champion.

While the musician DOES get in a little bit of offense, it's mainly Finn laying the smackdown.

Not surprisingly, Miles Kane is a big wrestling fan who also has named his upcoming album "Coup De Grace" in honor of Balor's finishing move. Finn posted on Instagram saying the shoot was "one of the coolest experiences" of his career.
