Pro Wrestling Sheet has learned AEW nearly doubled the amount of fans present for last night's Dynamite taping at Daily's Place and new COVID protocols were in place.

According to sources, the show in Jacksonville had full security outside the venue who were getting people through metal detectors and assisting with the temperature checks.

We're told the temperature checks were done through an iPad like device that scans your face and verifies you're wearing a face mask as well.

Our sources say there were about 150 spectators in attendance who were seated further away than usual from the people who had been COVID tested sitting closer to the ring. Just as before, the invited spectators were also seated in every other row to add space between people.

Some of the fans could be seen at the top of the show, as well as during a shot of Frankie Kazarian.

One person in attendance told us the changes made the show feel more like a test for re-opening than a closed-set TV production like usual.

Spectators were also required to wear their face masks at all times.

UPDATE: One fan in attendance wrote about the experience last night on Twitter saying there was mask enforcement throughout the night making sure everyone kept theirs on.
