Pro Wrestling Sheet first reported that WWE was planning to run a 100K seat event this year in Australia and now the company has confirmed plans for a "massive" show in October.

It all went down on Raw this week when Michael Cole threw to a package about the upcoming "Greatest Royal Rumble" event in Saudi Arabia and briefly mentioned their plans for Australia.

As we previously reported, the event will be held at the Melbourne Cricket Ground and the tentative plan is for the show to be called Global Warning II.
