Wrestling legend Vader went under the knife today for open heart surgery and afterward his son provided an update saying it was successful, but the situation was worse than expected.
Vader spoke in-depth with Bill Apter about the surgery before it happened and called himself a "walking time bomb" due to having ten clogged blood vessels.
The wrestler's son Jesse tweeted from his dad's account hours after the surgery saying, "I wanted to let everybody know that I just spoke to the Surgeon. The surgery was a success but it was worse than we had expected. Long road for recovery. Will keep you posted. Thank you for the prayers."
