Two members of the WWE Universe got engaged in the crowd this week during RAW ... and since Tom Phillips did most of the talking, things were kinda awkward.
The not-so-romantic footage was posted on Facebook shortly after the show and the caption read, "Love was in the air for these two members of the WWE Universe in Tampa at WWE Raw!"
In the video, Phillips approaches the couple saying he's looking to get "fan experience questions" answered and the man admits during the interview that it's his GF's first time at a wrestling event.
Watch the clip. It looks like she said “yes" ... but the confusion of it all may have just caused the woman to nod her head.
