Wrestling legend Terry Funk opened a can of whoop ass Friday night in Cleveland ... and Pro Wrestling Sheet obtained video showing that not even the concession stand workers were safe!

The whole thing went down in Ohio during AIW's Big Trouble in Little Cleveland event, and in the video you can see Funk unloading snacks from the concession table over one of their workers.

We're told the 71 year-old was scheduled for a quick run-in during Josh Prohibition vs. Eddie Kingston, but like only Terry Funk can, the wrestler went a little off-script and attacked Kingston's manager -- even whipping a few steel chairs.  It looked brutal!

The manager -- who also a wrestles -- tweeted about the whole thing Saturday morning, saying, "I literally can't stop smiling. Last night @aiwrestling was, in a word, surreal. I want to stop though, because it hurts #FunkThrowsBombs"
