Former Lucha Underground wrestler Shane Strickland says there ain't nobody telling him what to do at the moment, because he's a free agent.

Strickland tweeted on Tuesday saying, "Officially a free agent again."

As you may recall, Shane wrestled in Lucha Underground as Killshot. It was recently rumored that his LU deal was delaying a possible signing with WWE, as he was reportedly set to join the January class of Performance Center trainees that includes Trevor Lee.

Strickland is now advertising availability through April, however.

On the topic of Lucha Underground ... sources tell us there hasn't been a lot communication between MGM and Lucha Underground execs about an additional season of the show. We're told things are currently in a stalemate because both sides are standing firm on what the budget needs to be.

We'll keep you updated if that changes and any movement occurs.
